Thank you , but why can't they put up a warning it's going to happen across the top of all fourms ,Can't be that hard

Probably unscheduled down time. Used to happen a lot in MW2.

It has been crashing me out of Dawn of War 2: Retribution Last Stand for the past 3 hours. STEAM loses connection, co-op players "drop" and I can't even get into the Last Stand Lobby.

Then it works for 20 minutes or so, then the same thing happens. Down time was supposed to happen an hour ago my time, but why does it keep going up and down?

Seems fine for me now but server population is way down, all I see is empty servers that should be full this time of day normaly, seems steam thinks it's a good thing to try and fix something that was't broken .
