TAB+SHIFT Doesn't work in game. Still Life 2

Can not access Steam content while ingame.

TAB + Shift doesn't pull up Steam menu, Nor does F12 Screen shot work as well.

Which means i wont be able to get Steam messages from friends while ingame.

Worked fine with Still Life, but not with Still Life 2, what gives?

right click on the still life 2 in steam. select properties and there you have a box if you want to use the the steam stuff or not

Metal solution not working... Maybe a fix with this game could solution this problem
