Have you ever had a health problem and found that Magnesium supplement solved it?
Just curious because I have had insomnia for a few months now and i think the 250mg of magnesium 2x per day is helping, but wanted to see if others have used it. Magnesium deficiency seems to be a cause for many different health issues.

This supplement took away a weird rash that both my daughters had around the midriff when they were kids. Had tried the GP and various topical creams, nothing. Then a mate at work suggested we try a local homoeopathist who prescribed magnesium. It was gone after 3 days. Though folk reckon this was probably just the topical cream prescribed by the GP that did the trick ... but we had stopped using it.
I found that 12 bottles of San Miguel before retiring to the pit did wonders for my insomnia. |

Magnesium? Eating it? No, that sounds wrong. Dont you know that you can BURN IT? You can even ignite thermite with it. WASTE OF MAGNESIUM TO EAT IT, UNLESS YOU ARE A VERY BAD FIREFIGHTER.

Sure but I also had other deficiencies, the best solution is to research your diet and make a proper nutrition plan. That stuff of eat every color of food doesn't work 100%. You probably are having deficiencies and also overdoses of other nutrients and both are bad for you in the long run (and maybe also short one).
