[ATI] Driver Version and BRINK

AMD/ATI Owners have had a hard road.
The Driver version and / or The Hotfix version that helps performance seems to be on a PC to PC basis.

Note: if your main problem is a blue wash or tint to the graphics, first try this cvar.
You maybe able to avoid the driver installs.
Type in Console or adding to an autoexec.cfg:
r_shadows 0
