Game isn't supported in my region :(

I'm not blatantly angry about this, just slightly sad that the Steam website actually prevents me from even entering the storefront page.

Has there been any explanation for this decision from the publisher's side? I heard about this early in the morning today, and was really just quite disappointed when I realized it wasn't available.

I have the same problem and im from South Africa :/ I really am hoping it will become available in my region..

What i don't understand is, why are some questions being answered and some questions just being completely ignored by the gms?

Living in Hong Kong, I do realize that there exists a Chinese version of AVA in /chinese/ for people who have a QQ account, but as someone who took Chinese as a second language option in high school, that really isn't a viable option.
