WTF stuck at login/loadout screen

i don't know why this is happening but someone has posted this problem before, and no one had answers. I need answers now i already tried reinstalling the game, but to no avail. It worked the first time i reinstalled, but now it's not doing anything. Please help me solve this problem i'm having, so that others with this problem may learn to fix this problem as well.
