Got annoyed at the destroy Pinstripe's warehouses level

I was told to destroy the warehouses, so I attacked every building with "warehouse" on its name.
Then I lost prestige? WTF?

It's been a long time since I've done that mission, but this gamefaq says:

It's time to deal with Pinstripe. To make him come out to play, you must demolish his 4 warehouses. Be sure you don't take down the wrong buildings, as it will cause a loss of pp.

I vaguely remember having the same problem, but there are four buildings in particular that count for the goal without lowering your prestige.

But it's impossible to know the first time you play it, and I can't be bothered going through the whole stage again...

No it's not. Look for the buildings with numbered signs and only destroy them.

I lost prestige during this mission but as others have pointed out, it's only the warehouses with numbers on the exterior that need to be destroyed.
