Sound quality issues

The sound quality is not at all good: crackling, and stuttering from the very first voice-overs.

Needless to say I meet the rather broad "DirectX 9.0 compatible" sound requirement, and - in case it somehow had a resource impact - I've tried switching to the lowest resolution just in case that helps.

I've not been able to google up any guidance, so thought I'd check here for any info on this issue; I only bought this in the sale for the amusing voice-work in the video!

I bet you'll be the only one who had bought it. Shame it has problems, I like funny games.
