Ability to Hide Store, News, Community & when logging in show installed games default

Dear Steam,

Not saying I want to get rid of Store, News, Community on Steam UI, but I would like to keep them hidden and just have Steam load straight to the Library Grid Menu Installed Games Only. Trying to keep it simple.

If you want simple, have you tried View->Small Mode?

It's not the grid view, but it's certainly simple.

You can change the settings so that when you open Steam it goes straight to your Library. Go to Steam/Settings/Interface and select "Library" as your favourite window

Yes, I am aware of these options, but when you start it up, it always shows all games instead of installed by default. Second, I've tried small mode, and I love the grid view. Finally, I would like to continue to have access to the store, community, news, just not see them all laid out above my library of games.
