Bad framerate after update?

After the Tomislav update my framerate has been awful. Anyone else?

I find it funny how you called it the Tomislav update but for me, it slightly improved.

Also you should post your system specs to get meaningful help.

yup. loadd up TF2 for the first time in ages just after the uber update and my framerate is now unplayable when online. offline practice seems the same.

macbook pro 5,1 2.4 ghz 4 gig ram 9600gt

Mine also, lenovo y570 gt 555, even lowered all settings to min and when there is alot of action the frame rate craps out...

I also am having horrible framerate/lag issues. TF2 is practically unplayable for me when online. I put all of my graphics settings to low and the framerate is still crap.

its good to know other people are having framerate problems.

Yep. The Sci-Fi update killed my framerates too. I used to have a steady 60 fps before, now it frequently dips to 30-40 for no discernable reason, even when noone's using the Cow Mangler. It makes me a sad panda.
