Failing to launch on Mac

Hello,

I'm having trouble with Doc Clock on my Mac. I was running 10.5, and it didn't work. I tried upgrading to 10.6, and it still doesn't want to run. I do get an error message. It says 'Steam is not running or you do not own this game.'

I'm launching the game from steam, so the client is running at least. I am seeing the following in the console when it fails:

6/30/11 8:40:28 PM [0x0-0x50050].com.valvesoftware.steam[586] Failed to create Service pipe
6/30/11 8:40:28 PM [0x0-0x50050].com.valvesoftware.steam[586] Failed to connect to Steam Service

Any Suggestions?

Thanks,
Eric

Found a work around

I found a work around.

If I run the command: /Applications/Steam.app/Contents/MacOS/osx32/ipcserver in the shell prior to launching steam the game works.

Thanks!
