FallOut New Vegas doesn't work

Hello,
Yesterday, i tried to play FallOut New Vegas, but it crashes during the opening slideshow, usually at the 'Bethesda' slide.
I've checked cache integrity many times, and done full re-installation repeatedly. I tried to delete all the mods, but it doesn't work.
What more I can do?
Thanks

Maybe your PC sucks. It's not like you bothered to tell us about it.

Realtek High Definition Audio
NVidia GeForce 8600GT

Good. Now you don't have to play that garbage.

Did you install any mods or anything as of late? Update your drivers.

>> Deleted all the mods << there's your problem

Go to \users\<username>\my documents\my games\falloutnv\ and delete any/all of the .ini files.
