Thumbs up Tips for the Achievement.

I got this one after A LOT of trial and error. It's rather easy though if you do the right thing.

Map: Bunker
Difficulty: Easy

At the very very top at your HQ is a nice plot of land for turrets.

Place a Tank buster turret (the one for 450) in front of the HQ and a gunner turret to the right side just above that patch of green. Now wait..

If you don't rush and attack you won't drain the enemies moral nearly as much as if you hunted targets. IGNORE generals. It's a good idea to upgrade your two turrets, your tank buster should be at 2 (then finally 3), and your gunner should be at 2-3 before things get too heavy.

Second agenda is getting the repair upgrade, support station, and rocket launcher. In that order. If you put the support station in the green area to the right of the HQ no one will (rarely) touch it.

The rocket launcher is great at softening up the tanks and spider mechs that come your way. With the support station to hold you and refill your ammo, you can take pot shots from the cliffs. Just make sure to keep repairing and don't stray too far from the turrets.

After I got the achievement we had a stalemate and I had around 5k energy leftover.

Thanks for this. Actually, following this and getting the achievement was a good way to get familiar with the game. I could see this game being a fun time.

I just did it on spiral, easy difficulty. Didn't build anything but an ammo depot or two and just ran around shooting guys.

What is the 'repair upgrade'?

I can't see such a thing in the weapon/upgrade menu ('m' key)

I did this by building the tank buster right in front of the door of the HQ (the building you start in that is big and red on your map) and the machine gun nest at the split road just a little to the right. There is a doorway right next to where I placed it. I immediately upgraded both until I was out of power.

Later, I built the support right in the corner between the two guns.

Go to bunker and put it on easy.

Go right in front of the strong hold where the wooden house is and place an anti-tank turret.

Place two or four submachine gun nests so they can guard the hilltops and the secret entrances behind the anti-tank turret you placed.

Place two support stations on both sides near the guard towers, where you can hav effective cover and overlook the place and kill some enemies from below and use your RPG against tanks and walkers, so you can refill your ammo.

The rest? You choose. I had a BLAST. Surely I was moving around, scoping for tanks and occasionally falling and dying when I jump too far, but my God guys, choose Bunker on Easy and set up camp there. You'll get it. Have fun
