Non-360 controller support?

I have a Logitech Dual Action 2 gamepad and Bionic Commando Rearmed doesn't seems to recognize it no matter what I do.

I'm not switching to a 360 gamepad to play PC games, as I hate the way they feel and prefer my playstation-ish Logitech pad.

Has anybody gotten other gamepads working with this game?

The game doesn't support non-XInput gamepads.
Google for X360CE. I added 2P support to it waaaaay back when, specifically for this game.
