Wrong Email, How To Fix?

I admit I went into the game not understanding how e-mail is supposed to work. You have to register and log in before you can change your online options such as, "I don't want e-mail challenges".

To compound the problem, I automatically entered my work e-mail instead of my personal e-mail. This isn't a Greek tragedy by any means, but rather than futz around with my e-mails to satisfy the needs of a game on which I have yet to log even 10 minutes, I would like to change my user registration and fix my e-mail.

I don't see anywhere in the game I can do that, so if anybody can please come up with a good answer, I would like that a lot. Thanks in advance!
