fastfile for zone localized_common_mp appears corrupt or unreadable

I get this error when running multiplayer.
Apparently I need the file because mine is corrupt.
Please can someone upload it.
Its at Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty 4\zone\english

I restarted steam and it downloaded 300mb and it worked
