Project Nevada - hud extensions error

It worked earlier and I went and grabbed some other mods and now I am getting this error, I figured I would debunk this by uninstalling all mods and reinstalling them one by one to see which one interferes. This didn't work though, now I get this error with only Project Nevada installed and can't seem to find a fix.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

This is for New Vegas, in case you're wondering.
