Frustrated

I can't get half of the keys to work on this game. Right now I'm stuck on the beginning tutorial part and can't get the up-arrow key to do anything. I have Windows 7 64-bit (SP1), DirectX 11 and a fully-functional keyboard.

If I re-map the keys will that solve the problem? Will that get me past the the tutorial part?

I've encountered the same issue, it seems the keys are mapped differently than what the tutorial indicates them to be

Re-mapping the keyboard can definitely help. You will also need DirectX 9.0c; even if you have a later version. Many games work this way; later DirectX versions do not replace earlier ones.
