Game no longer works with Logitech Dual Action Gamepad.

I'm having an issue where the game doesn't work properly with my gamepad. When I start it up, rather than working as it did prior, an odd bug is occuring. The left stick acts like the face buttons(1, 2, 3, 4), while the right stick controls the mouse cursor that stays on the screen. I am unable to play the game with the pad, as there are no movement controls.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

The easy fix is to plug it in after the game has started. I am assuming you tried that and am wondering if you are running the Logitech Gamepad Software? If you aren't, something is wrong with the controller. Are you running a gamepad controller program?

Is the switch underneath set to the right setting? The Xinput/DirectX switch?

It's not the game b/c I was using my Dual Action today and it worked fine.
