Eastern Europe Area?

I'm in Russia, looking to play with English speaking clans/people in BFBC2. I also have the Vietnam version, which is pretty cool and wouldn't mind playing that one, either.

I'm a straight up n00b with a side of n00bsauce and a liter of n00bdrink, but would like some people to continually play with that can help me out with learning maps, tips, tricks, etc.

I can play on North American servers (200-300 ping), but the time difference is killer there. For example, I'm 11 hours ahead of Eastern Standard USA time. So, preferably would like to play with people in Eastern Europe/Russia.
