Any reason for the FPS?

On my windows harddrive, I used Windows 7 x32, meaning I only use 2 gigs, yet I was able to play Team Fortress 2 with most settings on high with 60 FPS. On mac, I have all four gigs, yet, I am unable to play on any settings without getting anything from 30-45 FPS. I'm up to date with software, so is it just that the port is bad or it just wasn't meant for mac?

Mac OS X doesn't support the most recent implementation of OpenGL which likely plays some part in what you're experiencing. The Windows version of Team Fortress 2 likely uses DirectX while the OS X version uses OpenGL which since those are different, you are likely to get somewhat different results.
