Specact kit doesnt apply?

So i bought the specact kit upgrade, applied the code, but nothing is changed, no diffrent skins or anything. any ideas?

Have the same problem.

Bought the Battlefield Pack when the Summer Sale's were going. Applied both codes and have yet to receive my spec ops kits.
