TF2 file size

Hey guys

Ive been searching for a bit but i keep finding different answers and people saying if you have some other game its less gb or something

Lets say i had no other steam games what would the file size be

At min it should be 6gb by now. But with how TF2 constantly writes files on the fly without notifying you and including custom maps, custom sounds from servers, it causes an average of 10 gb of space being taken up by most users.

I believe it's ~10GB in total because of OB engine files, not custom maps.

After a clean install on my laptop I can confirm it's around 10.6gb.

Curious about this too, it would be nice to have a smaller download size for just the Mann v Machine game mode, but you wouldn't have access to normal modes, I'd vote for that.

Uninstall other stuff. Get a bigger hard drive. Disable the hibernation file/pagefile if you're daring.
