I accidentally the whole install

So let me set the scene:

Purchased "The Heroes Pack" during the steam summer sale.
Going away for a break this weekend.
My internet package is abysmal, sub-par speeds and 40GB/month limit.
Decide to download the 3 HOMAMV games since I won't be using internet over the weekend, this way I should still sneak under the download cap for this month.
Leave downloads overnight.
Wake up, downloads are done...but wait what's this?
Heroes of Might and Magic Editor...hmmm, do not want.
Discover it is in the 'tools' section of my steam library.
Go to tools section, delete local content.

You know what's coming next.

Double-click HOMAMV in my games list to launch...install window comes up telling me required space etc.

Heroes 5 editor is the part of the original game. You can't delete it without deleting the main game also.
