Dark fog mod installation?. I messed up to many mod and want to make sure I do this o

Can somebody give me detailed instuctions on how to install this?.I want to make sure I don't mess it up. I found this one a little confusing.so I put the mini.exe file and the darker fog(morrowind)file in the morrowind folder I double click on the mini.exe it pops up I find the morrowind dark fog folder I try to double click it but it won't open so I just press the leave and play....or mod button nothing happens I star morrowind up and the fog is still whiter then snow what am I doing wrong?. can I change the fog in the ini file what do I change?.or through the console?.

Try placing all files (without any subfolders) in the same directory as your morrowind.ini file, then run mini.exe.
