I heard the creator of minecraft wants to put the game on steam when its more developed..and that it wont be out till november..what have you heard?

This has nothing to do with Steam.

And from an objective point of view, the only thing I have heard that I keep hearing over and over is that Notch is doing way too well to need or even want to put Minecraft on Steam.
