Can you change the resolution to this picture?

I want this picture as my wallpaper, but it's to big.

Can someone please change the resolution to 1024 * 768

Oh and if you want, can you also take out that wording down in the bottom right corner.

Here you go.

That's such a tiny resolution! Why not just use the fill option for your wallpaper? (I can't remember if XP has this.)

I got Vista and yup, that is my monitor :[
