I've heard EA has pretty good and fast customer support regarding account issues. Check it out perhaps?

Did you try forgot my password to enter your username to send to your email? If you forgot that use forgot my screename and enter your email address. Emails addresses don't get changed without notifying you even if hacked.

They actually have a phone number google it, so you could pick it up from there...
I had a similar problem and they've sorted it out right away.

I wouldn't be surprised at this point if a search for discussions on EA topics turns this forum up as number 2. It's pitiful how much it gets discussed. Day after day. Thread after thread.

I ended up having to reset my PW a couple of weeks back when they had the security breach and they automatically reset my PW to protect the account.

I agree with you but just for fun I tried doing the search:

"discussions on EA"

which I pulled directly from your post. Better search terms would have yielded the "desired" result easily enough but just going with the above both BING and Google came up empty on the frst pages of search results. There was stuff about Popcap games, etc. but no links to Steam forums. So maybe there is some glimmer of hope despite appearances around here. Elsewhere in the world even more people have plenty to say about EA it would seem.

Yes you can. Create a new account and use that to access EA support, etc.

Some time ago EA sent out e-mails because they reset everyone's password, i had the same problem recently. I had forgotten they had done this, and had to get my password changed. I didn't need support though, i was able to do it all using the e-mail they had sent me. Check your old e-mails from a few months ago, search for anything from EA and you should have it and it will solve your problem most likely.

If you preordered SW:TOR the SWTOR account was basically merged into Origin, meaning that your password on the SWTOR account is now your Origin password.

One: Make sure you don't have Caps lock turned on, and two: if you used the remember password feature, reenter your password.
