Crashing on Startup

I'm Crashing on start up.

My specs

win7 home prem
intell i7 920
6gb ram triple chan
X2 Ati 5870's Crossfire
Mobo Flaming Blade GTI
Onboard Reltek Sound card

Crash on start up error is "Stopped Working" option "Close Program".

I tired unplugging usb's
I tried disabling X-fire in CCC drivers 11.6
I tried Running as administrator
I messed with a couple sound options

Anyone got any Tips? or Solutions?

lol I got sick of waiting for help so I installed this game and a dif pc with all completely different hardware and had the same error. Did I just get struck with two dif bolts of "Lightning" in the same place?

That was a joke from the saying "Lightning never strikes twice in the same spot", in case you didn't know.

Four months have gone by and I still do not have a working fix for my problem.

Did you:
Verify game cache?
Defrag cache?

Obviously has nothing to do with cache as many people seem to have the problem.
