"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application"
that is all i am getting. dell xps, nvidia 8400gs, w7 x64 fully updated. shatter settings run fine. i tried all the combinations, and the same problems appears everytime. can anybody help me? |

Can you please email me a dxdiag output at support at sidhe.co.nz? Also, has Steam logged this problem? If so can you send me the log file as well, please?

hi, i have already sent the dxdiag files, about steam log, there is a folder with 5 or 6 files. which one would it be the one you need?

Yes. Logs are stored somewhere like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs.
Send any logs mentioning rugby or 20840, please. |

why rugby? also, logs are simple txt files, but very long. how can i be sure of each file mentions rugby (although i think it should be shatter) or 20840 (that number is for rugby or for shatter?)

Sorry, not rugby. Shatter. I've had almost no support requests for Shatter for a while, but Rugby has kept me pretty busy
![]() Ctrl + F will bring up a search dialogue (in almost any Windows software). Search for each term in turn. |
