Research fail

Hey I don't know if the devs are aware of this or not, but sometimes I can't commence research. I'll click and click but no presto.

Is there a reason for this? Something I'm not doing or just a bug?

They know about it. Found a bandaid. Set your research like you usually do (but it's bugged and does not start) click on a different tab, then click back to the research tab. Research is working.

Teppers solution is a lot better than the other ones I've seen, but I haven't had it work for me yet.

Alternative solution (and the one I've had to use) is to quit the game and start it up again.

That is the only one that works 100% for me. Changing tabs works maybe 20% of the time :\

Going from the HQ to a submission usually lets me research again.
