installation more respectfull od system

the root of my hard drive (win7 as a system) is now polluted by:

a few:
- eula.xxx
- VC_xxxx.rar
- install.res.xxxx.dll

and so on ......

Why dont you create a folder inside /progra.../steam/xxx/bul♥♥♥♥_vc_redist

Just trying to keept a system clean, but seem you wont help me here

That's a problem with the C++ re-distributable not Steam.
