Random fun challenges

We all probably played through the Half Life 2 games a coupla dozen times.... waiting for Episode 3...

So while we're waiting, let's come up with various challenges to do in the Half Life games!

1) Beat Highway 17 and Sandtraps without the car.

2) Beat Ravenholm without killing a zombie. Gregori can kill zombies but you can't (and no gravity gun jumping :P).

I had others but I forgot them while typing this post. >___>

Any challenges you guys made?

I'd love to see you try and wait for the cart while the fast zombies are trying to whack you off and not at some point decide to kill them. Also, Grigori will die in the graveyard if you don't help him.

I'd just aim for the head with the excuse of "I was trying to kill the headcrabs. Headcrabs aren't zombies! So what if they're attached? They're not zombies!"

Jump down and run back into the room just before the roof. Nothing can get in and you can tell when you run out by what Gregori says

As for Gregori, bring a table along with you. Use the table to fend off the zombie's attacks while Gregori reloads and shoots them. You can also block the zombies with cinder blocks and saws.

As for the poison zombie at the end... Well, I'll leave you to puzzle that out.

You don't have to kill him.
I just trapped him in the corner with explosive barrels. xP

I should be sleeping by instead I'm loading up my half life with mouse sensitivity set to 100 this is gonna be a wild ride

I remember running through the Sandtraps level on the sand.

Also, bringing all the friendly turrets to the end of Nova Prospect.

I seem to remember beating the Combine train to the gap on my first play through years ago. I have yet to do it again. (I just turn around and back up until I hear the whistle and speed forward towards the way I came and move off to the side now, but that just doesn't give me the same daredevil feeling that I remember.) Is that possible or was I just dreaming?

Also, do all of the vehicle runs without smacking into any obstacles. Boat, Buggy and Car.

No running over enemies excluding that one scripted zombie that jumps on the car, but Alyx kills and excluding getting dropped by the electromagnet the first time which might accidentally land on an antlion -- but the second electromagnet cannot use the buggy to kill anything.
No knocking down platforms.
No breaking fences (even in Water Hazard).
No smacking into trees, walls, Dog, cliffs, fallen structures or such that immediately stop the vehicle.
No running over barrels, tires and the like physics objects not needed to move ahead.
No driving off cliffs.
And definitely using the vehicle where the game appears to intend it. (like Water Hazard, Highway 17, Riding Shotgun, Under the Radar.)

It's a fun experience.
