Undergarden Randomly crashes, no fixes work

Hi,
i recently got the undergarden and sadly found that it randomly crashes.
I have read through this thread and others and tried all the possible fixes (including the (Canada) and the anti aliasing), all to no avail.
I haven't noticed a time frame or certain reason for the crash.
i have updated drivers and unless its an issue with windows 7 64 bit i highly doubt it would have anything to do with my computer.
However I have noticed the crashes occur while i am in a level and started after i passed level 2.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I was really enjoying this game.
