Could Steam Ever? [TF2 PS3]

Even though it was released by another company it is still their game. Do you think they could add a Steam login and a way to get and equip weapons/accessories? This would widen their market to people that have a bad computer but a PS3 and don't want to buy a new computer just to play a game.

They had trouble adding it to the 360 due to low memory, how are they going to do it on the PS3 which has even less?

The engine is so old...I don't see how they couldn't optimize it to work...even with just 6 vs 6 or 7 vs 7, it would be fun and open the game to a whole new market and possibly make more money for them.

I don't even think it's a question of can or can't. It's more of they don't feel like wasting their time on it. A game that is 4 years old with no updates and 1 patch is not just magically going to get something out of thin air.
