How to install Hexen mods?

So I just bought Hexen on steam and I would like to install the Korax mod. Can anyone tell me how I'm suppose to do that?

Should be a readme file somewhere in the files you downloaded if the mods worth anything. They were too lazy to give any installation info on Moddb itself.
