), but I can't set my profile to Friends of Friends or Users Only.

Also, unrelated but it's something that's been bugging me, are there any plans on making the Steam client obey Windows' DPI setting? I have my text set to 125%, but Steam always displays at 100%, which is a bit too small for my tastes at 1920x1440.

This is something that I wish was possible, but doubt it'll ever be. You should be able to trade games that you've purchased for yourself. I purchased Total War Shougn 2, but I've had to switch PC's and the one I'm on can't run it. I've played it all of 15 minutes. It's just going to waste, I'd rather have someone else use this game and enjoy, then it sit in my library forever.

Not a big fan of the new Friends list, really hope you guys improve the look before releasing this beta.

Also please fix the friends tags, they stay even after removing everyone from the group.

None of the new features are actually showing up for me on osx lion after installing the beta.

Didn't take me long to discover that the new tags for the friends list are apparently displayed in the order originally created, rather than alphabetical or any other pattern -- and that removing all the friends from a tag doesn't clear the tag. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of arbitrary friend tags at the top of my list when I don't want them there, and I can't clear them!

So, if I buy a game that comes with another game, lets say Deus Ex Human Revolution Digital Deluxe which comes with the original Deus Ex, that mean that the original Deus Ex can be traded in this new system? I must be misunderstanding this system because it says I have no giftable games when I should have many.

The inventory doesn't seem to be loading for me or my friend. As in, we cannot see our own or others' inventories, they just keep loading forever.

Could someone confirm if my inventory loads for anyone else? http://steamcommunity.com/id/dragory/inventory

EDIT: I tried with the in-Steam browser, Chrome and Firefox, logged in and logged out.

While this beta comes with a few annoyances, which I'll list below, this is probably one of my all-time favorite Steam updates.

Aesthetic Suggestions:

Lots of wasted space at the top of the friends window if avatars are turned off. Maybe only turn off friend's avatars?
The background color of the chat members list is pretty ugly, I think.
The current backpack view makes finding things kinda difficult. Something that follows the order of the in-game backpack would be nice.
The top member in a group of users (members in a chatroom or friends in the friends list) is a tad too close to the name of the group. e.g. The top member in a chatroom is too close to the words "MEMBERS."

Bugs (I think):

When hitting the "display an item from your inventory" button in a chat window, Steam rearranges the location and size of the chat window and main Steam window. Really annoying.

Of course, all of these are overshadowed by the one thing not listed in the change log: Buttons actually get pressed when clicked now.

Whoever implemented that is pretty much my hero of the month.

And I love this Steam trading. It will prevent most scams now. But does it increase the item amount? I havn't updated yet. And also not sure if anyone tried or if this is even plausable, but what if you like shut off your computer or something during the checkout?
