More Perks - tons of new perks to choose from
More Traits - new traits to choose from
New Vegas Bounties - cool bounty quests
no auto aim

That sounds cool in theory, but when you start getting into the multiple hundreds I can only imagine that they're either really stretching, or everything's really similar...

How well done is it?

Edit: Imagine I used BBcode instead of HTML.

I was wrong, it's 130 monsters but check it out yourself, there's some really cool looking ones in there.

I would recommend:

-Arwen's Realism Tweaks. (Very modular, can pick and choose how hardcore you feel)

-Electro City

-Nevada Skies

-Shrapnel (If you don't mind a little questionably lore-friendly weapon additions)

I second DK Bullettime as well. Nice alternative/compliment to VATS.

Yeah. It can get painful if you're trying to be precise, especially on some of the enemies with small vulnerable areas.

It's on by default, IIRC it's more of a bendy bullets thing.

Oh, so it's basically like skills compensating for bad aim.

I'm used to auto-aim meaning like in proper shooters where you pull the iron sights, and it snaps you somewhere on the enemy's body in general. It's more noticeable there.

I haven't played with auto-aim on for a while but when I did, if you were aiming at someone and another target walked by, your aim would follow the new target for a short distance before you forced it back.
