Braid slowdown

So I have a fairly decent rig.

AMD Phenom II X4 955BE

and

Radeon 5770

running Windows 7 64 bit.

As I play Braid, it is smooth and then every 10 sec or so, it slows down for a split second and then resumes play as normal.

I'm not sure where the problem is.

I have about the same rig and also experience this, but only in the world with my shadow, and not constantly. Do you have this problem in all worlds?

Hi,

I realise that this thread is old, but I also have 'slowdowns' with Braid.

Using PhenomII x4 and HD4890

Must be an ATI issue, as I have the same problem.
