The screen isn't facing the right way

I opened the game and it thought the right side of my screen was the bottom and I don't know how to fix it. Help please

Operating System: Windows XP Professional
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU

Current Mode: 1280x800 (32 bit)

Does this happen ingame only?

If it persists even when you close the game, hold down ctrl + alt, then press the up arrow to rotate your screen back in place.
