MMH6: Fraps or not?

I've just bought pre-order version and I haven't seen anywhere neither in rules nor Terms of Service information about capturing video or images.

I wanted to make video with my opinion about beta. So I have to use old screenshots, I can make my own or I can capture video?

It's a public beta, you can freely make screenshots/videos and publish them at will (confirmed by Ubi mods). No disclosure agreement was only applied to the IPCB (internal private closed beta) stages.
