I had an absolute blast playing Modern Warfare 1 and Black Ops online and with confirmation of dedicated servers I will be getting this one as well.

No one is forcing anyone to buy this game so if you don't like it, you should **** off and go discuss a game you like rather than ruin this board for people who are looking forward to playing this game.

Well actually there is a point because this is an attempt at a price hike. Without a massive backlash it's as good as sanctioning the new 20% increase on price and all games will be $60USD (US)/$100USD (AU)/40 GBP, etc (depending on where you live) from now on.

The gaming community has a loud voice and it can make or break a game before it's even released. I vote for break this one.

It's not like they're horrible games - well, MW2 started the downward spiral in almost every regard - the problem is that it's a generic, faceless, effortless product made by unfeeling corporation in nothing but name of profit that ultimately pushes games that actually TRY completely out of the picture through force of marketing.

Basically it's like Chinese import. You get a cheap bright-coloured toy, but you wallet, your economy and the people who actually make it lose in the long run, and the one-two CEOs are laughing all the way to the bank.

If that doesn't work, this is also what Apple or Microsoft are doing.

I like OP's logic! If you dont like the game that has flaws, Just ignore them and go away!

Infinity Ward made a dumb move by removing dedicated servers, Now they bring them back as some "hype" saying " Oh yeah, There will be dedicated servers! We listened!" Well no duh, PC gamers WANT dedicated servers. We are NOT console gamers.

Plus the pricing in Australia and other parts of the world is CRAZY. Australians are paying $40 extra just because "its australia".

I hate Infinity ward so much. I refuse to buy any of their games. I'll just play the game at a friends house or get it another way. You enjoy that Post-Launch support that you got with MW2? Oh no wait, They were already busy on making the next game to earn more money. MW2's campaign was terrible, Short, Storyline was garbage ( dont try " HUR ITS A GAME " - Yes, A game trying to be a REALISTIC shooter ( even though one bullet to chest = death normally )

COD4 was great, MW2 was terrible. Not to mention MW2 is still like $80 in NZ. $80. Seriously.

The major issue at first is the price, 60£ or 100 $ is just redicolus. If gaming compaines like Activision knows they can take outrageous amounts of cash for a game that has:

zero Singelplayer replayability,
Full Multiplayer action
9 10$ dlc pacs making the total game cost almost 200$

If they could add the DLC for free. or better yet, do not slice up the game into scraps and take full price for it, giving us, the costumers a ♥♥♥♥ty experience and losing costumers.

BF3 Hammer Legion Members just leave this forum.Yes, BF3 will be awsome and probably will sell more copies on pc than MW3.I just wanna play the beta of BF3 and take my own conclusions about the game.I bought Bad Company 2 and it was a big mistake, laggy servers(160 ping in uk servers), noobs that can´t play as a team and defenitely not my style of play.Although i was not bad at the game but it was a waste of money.BF3 is coming and it looks great but i need to play the beta and take my own conclusions, as for MW3 after 2 trailers all i see is same graphics as Mw2(which are not bad at all) and survival mode, need more info and footage about multiplayer and then i will decide if i will buy it or not!

I´m currently playing Black Ops for me the best cod until now, however my frames per second in Black ops are bad in some maps for some seconds, clearly the game it´s not welll optimized but i can run it well overall.
