Textures not rendering

And it's making the game basically unplayable. I've tried restarting, but it looks the same every time. This is not the only place in the game with missing textures, but it's the worst example so far. How can I fix it?

Lenovo T410
Core i7 at 2.67
Nvidia 3100M
4gb RAM

as with any game on steam, the first thing to try is going into the game properties via steam, going to the Local Files tab and "verify integrity of game cache"

Just wanted to post to say that I had this same problem (same level), and that verifying the game cache did indeed work.
