I thought I was the only one. I can't believe it! We finally found a workaround for the game-breaking issue and now this.

Oh good, so what is the definitive fix for the nVidia user that doesn't revolve rolling back to old driver's (that doesn't work for me and 12 of my friend's)

I'd love to know, as it nothing on this forum works for us yet.

Also I do mean we havent managed to get it to work on new hardware and operating system's, nor old hardware and opeating system's.
Between us we have about 22 systems of various age's and operating system's (xp, vista, 7 32 and 64 bit varient's) and this game does not work on ANY of them with any of the various fix's.
Tried and tested nVidia rolled back driver's, including for older nVidia card's and the fix's for the ati card's, with no avail on 22 system's.

Our only hope now I believe will be in the form of a fan patch, or Good Old Game's getting it and making it playable as they have done so well with other older game's.

It is strange that older games than this work on all hardware and software I have owned even Command and Conquer 1 that was released back in 95 ish.

Thanks alot for the fix! The game works like a charm after applying the fix. I finished it just a few minutes ago. All I have to say that its awesome and thanks again to the poster that found this nvidiainspector fix.
