Freezing on Startup

Whenever I launch it, it freezes in the black loading screen with the small saw in the bottom left corner. Any help?
I've verified, defrag'd, and restarted.

keep trying it. i was crashing on me at roughly the same point but just tried it and it worked. fingers crossed it'll work for you too

Make sure your firewall isn't blocking Super Meat Boy. At that point it is trying to connect to the Super Meat World (custom level) server.
