Map comparison between CSS & CSGO

Let's compare the maps of the two games, to see clearly whats changed and whatnot. The first screen isn't mine but the second is.

Visual disign of maps are awesome but gun skins and that ugly hand are so terible.

Everything is prefect they just need new realistic guns skins and sounds and game will be prefect. So far its awful! :/

I agree localhost

But it also needs VIP mode and support for previous mani mod plugins.

I really like the new maps and their design. Sure there will be the old verions of the maps too, fanmade of course, so everything should be cool. Well maybe there should be more details and higher textures (not on the screens but on the video it looks a bit well... not so good as on the pics ;-)) But I'm happy in general with the maps so far, I'm really looking forward to new versions of assault

And please, don't bring up the guns in this thread, there are other ones... we all know that they look like a$$ ...

I think the new designs look good. I did read that they neutered sniper ally in Dust. Not sure how I feel about that. The CZ version was no bueno, but hopefully this one is.

Maps do look good, although they need to remove the standard Source models. The trash ones, destroyed cars, barrels as, we've seen it too many times.

Added another pic (dust2) to the first post.

Also, did anyone notice this stair on the top right that leads to a balcony?

See here

Might be just decoration, but who knows? COuld be an interesting change. Even they said that layoutwise, Dust 2 is basicly unchanged.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdGgj6b2XMs now you can make better comparings between the two versions of dust. :P

And the worldmodel might just been a placeholder.
