Impossible to Join in my game

Whenever I start a singleplayer or host a server, when the game starts nothing happens when I'm clicking on the "Join game!" button. How can I join to the game?

I can only see the bots playing...

(Yes I've tried different game settings, graph settings, resolutions, game restarts, verified the game files.)

EDIT:
PC restart seems fixed it as proudlarry suggested, thanks. But I think this is just a temporary solution and it will happen next time too.
