Extremely slow download speed - free weekend

Steam is downloading BO for 2 days straight already, with only 84 percent complete. The download speed is 30-50 kb/s, which is ridiculously slow. Usually Steam downloads at 600-1200kb/s, I don't know what's wrong with this specific download. Anyway, I hope it will be finished before the weekend is over...
