Steam Bonus Items for 8-29~9-5 Event and Warp Portal Accounts

Hi.. i got crimecraft via Steam when someone told me about it and I saw the deal on steam.

I went to crimecraft.com to register my account and saw that i could use my WarpPortal account to register my CC account, and figuring having all that tied together was easy peasy, sorta like all my games and steam, lol, I use WarpPortal to create my account.

Much to my annoyance, it appears that because my WarpPortal account itself was made back in 2010, even though I just Registered a CrimeCraft account to it on 8/31/2011, that said I wasn't a "new" player to CrimeCraft cause I was an Old player to "Warp Portal"

Now, before I posted this here I first posted on the crimecraft forums, they told me to go to Warp Portal, now Warp Portal is telling me to come here. I can post, albeit edited to maintain my security, screened proof I made the CrimeCraft account on 8/31, as i'd kinda like to pick up the neat stuff offered.

What, if anything do I gotta do to fix all this?

I'm having this exact same problem, and so help me if I don't get the 60 gold bars and grenade launcher owed to me, I'm uninstalling this piece of crap and never looking back.

yea, I made a new account but didnt play it through steam the first time made a new toon through the steam version and didnt get any items. I R Sad panda...

it'd be nice to at least hear something about this, but what can you do, i'm sure theres a bajillion reports everyday they gotta read.

according to vogster my account was made after the deadline but where I am in canada it was well before. Maybe next time those ♥♥♥♥♥ should state the promotion is dependant on the server time which is 7hrs ahead of me for some god for saken reason, not sure where the servers are located... the moon?

Thats what Vogster said to me too, they said to take it up with Warp Portal, who said that I had to take it up with Steam.....

My buddies that didn't use Warp Portal got the goodies....

Yes, my Warp Portal account was made in like 2010, but I didn't even register crimecraft till 8/31/11(during the extended time for the sale)
