How to achieve the "Lightheaded" achievement?

I try to spin very fast In Meditation Mode, but still can not get the achievement. Is there a solution for this achievement? Thanks.

I made it i just spin it very fast like you said. It works for me, make it fastest possible and wait 10 seconds.
